Itinerary

Dubai Metro:

The metro’s Red Line has a station just outside the museum. Once you’re on the Red Line, get off at the Emirates Towers stop, which is connected to the attraction via a footbridge. It is easy to get to the museum directly from Dubai International Airport (DXB) – simply make your way to either the Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 Metro stations, and hop aboard the Red Line heading towards EXPO Metro Station.

Bus:

Routes with a stop at Emirates Towers include 27, 29 and X22. From a popular district like City Walk, the shortest journey to the museum involves taking bus lines 28 to Dubai Mall, followed by 29 to your final destination. From here, it is about a 5-minute walk to the attraction.

Founded by the Dubai Future Foundation, the Museum of the Future was designed by well-known Dubai-based architect Shaun Killa, while the engineering was undertaken by the integrated consultancy Buro Happold. According to Killa, the design of the museum represents Dubai’s vision of the future and consists of three main elements – the hill, structure and void.

Yes, you can visit the Museum of the Future! Open to the public since 22 February 2022, it is a new and trending attraction in Dubai. The centre explores how society could evolve by the year 2071, allowing visitors to look towards the future's limitless possibilities through immersive exhibitions, workshops, talks and more.

Tickets for the Museum of the Future are priced at AED159 for each adult. However, children under the age of three, people of determination and Emirati senior citizens are allowed free entry. For updated ticketing information and to book your visit, head to the museum’s official website.

The Museum of the Future opens at 9:30am and closes at 9pm, with last entry at 7pm. All guests, even those with free entry, must reserve a time slot for their visit ahead of time. The museum opened in February 2022 and is located along Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Dubai World Trade Centre.
